Our Story

Spectrum Heat and Air was founded in June 2011 by Brad Bates with the goal of delivering professional, timely, and honest commercial and residential HVAC services.

With a strong background in property management and years of industry experience, Brad set out to build a company capable of handling projects ranging from small residential units to large-scale commercial and industrial systems.

In 2014, Spectrum expanded its leadership when Kenny Williams joined as a partner, bringing additional expertise and broadening the range of services available to its growing customer base.
