Spectrum services residential and commercial systems for individuals and companies across the DFW Metroplex, and utilizes an ever expanding team of professional service techs and installers to provide reliable, trustworthy and honest services to all our customers.
In addition to offering in-house HVAC services, we offer subcontracting of all other construction trade, general contracting of commercial and multifamily construction projects, and in-house masonry and hardscape projects. We do not desire to be a one-off fix to a customer’s immediate problem, but a long-term solution for any situation a customer comes across on their home or building.
We have over 25 years experience in HVAC maintenance and service, over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and general contracting, 20 years of property and facility management.

Spectrum was founded in June 2011 by Mark Norman and Brad Bates to provide professional, timely and honest commercial and residential heat and air services, as well as construction management services in all other trades.
Mark had a successful commercial and residential heat and air company as a sole proprietor, and Brad ran a successful property management company. With a combined 45 years experience in the industry, they were prepared to offer HVAC services ranging from the smallest residential unit to the largest commercial/industrial system.
In 2014, Spectrum added a 3rd partner when Kenny Williams joined the company, which added even more services to an existing customer base.
